# Reservations Game Day is a 15,000 sq. feet entertainment area that consists of: 12 obstacle aerial ropes course, 19 themed rock-climbing walls, our ballocity soft play area, and 20 arcade games. Game Day also comes with a prize redemption area. Please welcome our Brand New Reservation system. This system will allow for you to reserve time slots for entrance into Game Day Adventure & Arcade. You will be able to pre-order your adventure time, arcade passes, and concessions during the purchasing process. The process is smooth, convenient, and user friendly. **Purchasing Guide ** * Reservations are designed for family walk-ins and groups under 10. * Reservation inquiries for Private rentals, team buildings and birthday parties are placed at https://rockymountevents.com/gameday/ , or by contacting the manager listed below. * Confirmation will be sent immediately upon purchase, with additional follow-up orchestrated through our Game Day staff. * Check-In will be allowed 10 minutes before your start time at the Family Entertainment Center entrance. There will also be 10 minute windows for exiting. * We will strictly enfore Covid-19 capacity restrictions, therefore even after check-in at the entrance you may be asked to exit the building until your group time is confirmed to begin. * Parents who are not participating, but have plans to stay in the facility should still confirm a slot under **COMP** This will allow entry into the facility. * In order to purchase for two hours you have to go through the reservation process for each hour, or you can purchase an additional hour while at the facility, availability permitting. * ***DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, THE BALLOCITY SOFT PLAY AREA WILL BE CLOSED INDEFINITELY. *** # Covid19 We are taking **COVID-19** very seriously and have put together a plan which will adhere to CDC and Nash/Edgecombe County guidelines. The following will take affect: * Reservations will be checked at the entrance door before guests enter into the Family Entertainment Center. * Mask will be required, per state guidelines. * Sale stations have been moved to accommodate for space and check in. 6-foot markings have been place within that area to practice social distancing. * Redemption area will only allow for two customers at a time. * Signage has been placed throughout the Game Day area. * Sanitization stations will be set for use throughout the facility, along with wall sanitizer dispensers. * Staff will be masked, gloved, and carry sanitizer to allow for customers to sanitize before each use of an adventure station. *cleaning periods are now implemented into the schedule.
